Year 1

Welcome to year 1. 

We are looking forward to getting to know your children and learning together.

The children have settled in well and are embracing the new routines and new curriculum. The first week has been brilliant and the children have coped well with the changes in routine. We can't wait for more happy and productive weeks.

Big Green Week

For Big Green Week we spent the day exploring the theme of the rain forest. We made rain forest animals and even saw some in real life. We saw a giant snail, tarantula, hissing cockroach, lizard and a beauty snake.

These are the year 1 Big Green Week competition entries. Well done to all the entered.

School closes for Easter at the end of the day on Thursday 30th March and re-opens on Monday 17th April 2023
